At Marble and Granite Inc. we are proud of customer service, which sets us apart from others in the stone industry. The success of our business and the satisfaction of our customers are, largely, due to our clearly defined policies. We give below our stated policies and other details regarding the various facilities and support that we provide our customers.

Holding
We will hold material for 15 calendar days. After that point, the customer can call and renew the holding for another 15-day period. If there is need to hold the material for longer time, we will require a 50% deposit. If there is a request for a particular material which is on-hold, we reserve the right to contact the holder for further commitment. If we do not have a response from the holder within 24 hours, we will proceed by selling the materials.

Delivery
We deliver our material to our customers, fabricators and distributors if orders exceed one slab or 50 square feet of tiles. These deliveries are free-of-charge . Time of delivery will be set according to your geographic location.

Return
We accept returns for tiles no more than seven days from delivery date and only for full boxes. Slabs are returnable no more than seven days from delivery of materials from our truck. If there is any mark or scratch when the slabs are delivered, please indicate so on the packing list when signing the receipt. We cannot accept any return that does not fall within the above parameters.

Marketing
We are strictly wholesalers. Our customers include fabricators, distributors, contractors and designers. Our products can be purchased from any distributor in the New England area. Pricing and stock information can be supplied by our customers. Samples will be provided through our customers.
