At the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), the world’s largest tradeshow dedicated exclusively to the kitchen and bath industry, ColorQuartz displayed their latest offerings to an eager crowd, proving why the company is one of the fastest growing quartz brand in the United States.

As part of the third annual Design & Construction Week in Las Vegas January 19 through 21, the show marked the introduction of new products and trends from across every aspect of the industry. ColorQuartz was no exception. They showcased one of their latest colors: Calacatta Novus

Calacatta Novus from ColorQuartz

Made to look like authentic Italian marble, Calacatta Novus features wispy gray grains on a pure white background. While Calacatta Novus offers the look of natural stone, it brings with it all the exceptional benefits of high-quality quartz. Made of 93-percent natural quartz — the hardest mineral on earth — ColorQuartz is chip, crack, and stain resistant. It’s non-porous, so it won’t harbor bacteria or viruses.

Our favorite brand of quartz here at Marble & Granite, Inc., ColorQuartz stands up to today’s most familiar quartz brands, even offering a few advantages. First of all, it’s the largest quartz manufacturer in China with 6 fully automated production lines. And though the company’s factories are located in Shanghai, all research and development for ColorQuartz takes place at their US headquarters in Diamond Bar, California. Additionally, the company has US-based locations in California, Seattle, and New York. As one of the fastest growing quartz brands today, ColorQuartz also offers a nation-wide network of distributors across the U.S.

If you talk with ColorQuartz distributors, you’ll quickly learn why they’ve become so successful in such a short time. The most common reasons cited are reliability, top-quality product, quick lead times, product availability, support with marketing materials to the trade, and a very competitive price.
There are many other brands of quartz in the U.S. marketplace that also come from China. But one big difference is that these products end up being privately labeled by local distributors. If there is a problem with the material down the road, this could pose a serious issue. With no manufacturer’s warranty or reliable company backing the product, you may find yourself in quite a bind with a product that nobody is willing to repair or replace.
