Login FAQ

Here are some things to try if you are having trouble logging in

    • Where is my login email?

      • If you are having trouble locating your email with the link, check your spam folder. You may also find it in a Promotions or Social folder.

      • The sending address is noreply@marbleandgranite.com.

      • If receiving email with these login links is a recurring issue in your organization, you may need to whitelist the domain above in your email service settings.

    • Why isn’t my login link working?

      • After entering your email address on the website, make sure to locate the most recent email in your inbox for a valid link.

        • The links are intended for single use and an older link will not work.

    • How do I know I’m successfully logged in?

      • A successful login will display your email address and pricing status in the top right header of the website.

    • I followed all the steps, but why don’t I see the prices I was expecting?

      • If you are not seeing your expected login status, or pricing is not displaying as expected, try:

        • Refreshing your browser.

        • Open the active link in an incognito or private browser window or tab.
